During the past 100 years the temperature of the Earth has increased by about 1 degrees Fahrenheit, to give you a perspective if you go back further, say 150,000 years or so, CO2 concentrations didn’t exceed 300 parts per million.

Now CO2 measurements are over 355 per million and sadly most of that increase can be attributed to man over the last 20 years. So what can you do?

Thinking greener is the most significant step. One way to help is to stop pumping CO2 into the atmosphere, so look at using less fuel and energy, because any further additional increase could have catastrophic consequences on the Earth.

Keep the ice on top of the mountain and not flowing down into the sea? Plus you’ll be saving valuable resources for the next generation. If you wanna help, unplug your computer, small appliances especially like your mobile phone, in fact any electronic device that uses energy, don’t even leave that little red light on stand-by.

By switching them off you can save thousands tonnes of CO2 pumping into the atmosphere and you’ll be saving yourself money at the same time.
